Prada had the first kitten of her second litter September 23, 2023. Unfortunately we only had one kitten out of this litter, but this one is worth the wait!
After giving the kitty a full day with mom, we've been able to learn some more about the this little one. We've decided to call the baby "Jack," as in "Jack Frost," because he is completely white! Even though we initially thought he might have some lavendar spots, there isn't a mark of color on this young man. His nose, pads, and tail are all pink right now. We don't know about his eye color yet, since he hasn't yet opened his eyes, but we're anxious to see if he got Mom's light blue color.
Jack weighed just a little over 4 ounces at birth, and has been putting on weight steadily since. He's growing just as he should be!
We are the only TICA (The International Cat Association, www.tica.org) registered Sphinx cattery in Alabama. We abide by the TICA breeder code of ethics to ensure that our kitties are healthy, happy, and placed in responsible, loving homes.
Our patriarch and matriarch are the result of over two years’ searching for the perfect kitties. Our Sphynx cats aren’t just our business, they’re loving members of our family.
My husband and I fell in love with our first Sphynx, and that’s why we wanted to bring more of them into the world.
Sphynx cats have a wonderful temperament, and in our experience, love to spend the majority of the day huddled under a blanket or snuggling with each other. Late afternoon and into the evening hours, our Sphynx kitties enjoy spending time with the family, playing, and eating dinner. Some of them love a nice game of fetch, while others like to play with more traditional cat toys. At bedtime, our Sphynxs like to come to bed with us and snuggle close to their humans.
Completely hypoallergenic, Sphynx cats don’t trigger the immune response of other breeds due to their lack of dander. My husband and I are both 4/4 allergic to cats, and have no reaction to any of them.
Sphynx cats typically run about four degrees warmer than other cat breeds to compensate for their lack of fur, which makes them an amazing snuggling companion. If ever there’s a time where you aren’t sure where your Sphynx baby is, rest assured that they are somewhere unusually warm. Under bed coverings, on top of electronics like computers, lying in front of the oven, etc.
These cats are amazing, and there’s lots of demand for Sphynx kitties. Unfortunately, there’s some folks out there that will try and take you for a ride. I have personally been scammed by a “breeder,” and understand that searching for a pet and companion is very challenging. You fall in love with the kitten’s pictures and description, only to find out later that the information was stolen from another site. It’s heartbreaking and takes a toll emotionally and financially To find your next friend, then learn you were swindled out of a deposit.
My husband and I are real people, with real day jobs and a real family. If you have any questions or any doubts, please reach out to us. We would love to schedule a time for you to meet us and the kitties virtually before you decide to put your trust in us. We won’t ask you to make shady payments via untraceable apps, put any undue stress or pressure on you, or make you feel like you’re getting the run around. We expect you to do your diligence on us, just as we will with you. Our only interest is in marking sure that our kitties are going to good, loving homes.
This is Prada, our matriarch. She's s standard Sphynx with light blue eyes, and a dominate white color with lavender spots. She's friendly and engaging, and is our cat most likely to play with typical cat toys. Prada has a very fine lanugo that's not visible, but feels like chamois cloth.
This is Luke, or patriarch. He is a solid lavender Elf, with light green eyes. Luke is the most adventurous of the bunch and is having the most fun when he's chasing the other cats around the room. He is completely hairless, save the top of his nose, and feels like bare skin to pet.

Baby Jack is particular about what he eats. He has no interest in wet food at all, and he hasn’t been in to any of the snacks or treats we’ve tried for him. Looks like we finally found a winner though!
The first public video of baby “Jack.” He’s two days shy of two weeks old, and still gets very cold when he’s not wrapped up in a blanket or snuggling with Prada or his people.
